About Gauntlet

The Standard for AI-First Talent

We do not prepare engineers for the future of software. We forge the ones who are already building it, proven under pressure, shipping in production, every single week.

Why Gauntlet Exists

The Beginning

We got the market wrong.

BloomTech started by training junior developers. Over time, we learned that student funded tuition and low quality standards did not consistently result in game-changing engineering talent. Then AI reshaped what "developer" even meant overnight. Instead of pivoting blindly, we studied the problem: what was AI actually doing to the way software gets built, and what kind of engineer would thrive in that world?

The Proof

100 engineers. 50% gains.

Trilogy ran 100 engineers through an early version of the program and came out with a 50% productivity gain, quarter over quarter. That's not a testimonial — it's proof of concept.

The Pivot

The market told us what to build.

Then companies began to call. Not for the program, but to hire the people coming out of it. A new model took shape: training, housing, food, and compute at no cost to engineers. Hiring partners looking to secure AI-first talent would fund the program instead. Gauntlet launched — a fully funded program where hiring partners pay, engineers train, and the best ones get placed.

Today

5,000+ applicants per cohort. 65+ hiring partners.

Gauntlet runs the most demanding AI engineering programs in the industry. 98th percentile raw intelligence. 95th percentile coding ability. Every participant ships real production systems, every week, under real pressure. The cost is not tuition. It is absolute, undivided attention.

What Drives Us

Extreme Ownership

No excuses. We own the outcome, start to finish.

Accuracy Over Everything

We would rather be precisely right than impressively fast.

Meritocracy Wins

The best work rises. Period.

Relentless Learning

Stay uncomfortable. That is where growth lives.
